As our products are of a personal nature, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at mnjs@mnjstudio.com.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund on your account.

Shipping costs are refundable only if:
• We made a shipping mistake.
• An item is damaged upon arrival and you provide us with the necessary documentation.
• We made a mistake that justifies a return and refund, and you inform us promptly without opening the package or product.
• If an item cannot be restocked or resold, we will not refund or return it, even if you pay for shipping. Please check with us before returning an item.
• Our general refund and return policy is no refunds and no returns, but we will try to be fair and make exceptions depending on the circumstances.
• You must submit a return claim for misprinted, damaged, or defective items within 7 days after receiving the product. You must provide pictures and/or requested documentation so we can prove the damage to the courier.
• For packages lost in transit, you must submit all claims no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
• Other than defective items, all merchandise must be in its original condition (unwashed, unworn, and price tickets attached). Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns.
• Please note that shipping and handling charges and return mail charges are not refundable, unless circumstantially indicated otherwise within this policy.
Wrong Address
If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, or incorrect, then the shipment will be returned to our facility. The shipping charge will not be refunded. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have gotten and confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
Buyer's Remorse
We do not refund orders for buyer's remorse.
