Our goal is to provide you with the most competitive rates available. To ensure the quality of your order, we usually ship between Monday and Wednesday when the weather is warm, minimizing the risk of your package being exposed to high temperatures in transit or storage. Nevertheless, once your package is in transit, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time. We are committed to ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and will always opt for the most efficient shipping method possible.
Order Processing and Shipping
Order Processing
• Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).
• ORDERS MAY NOT BE CHANGED OR CANCELLED ONCE PLACED.
• You may return unwanted merchandise for a refund; however, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
• Online orders are accepted for delivery in the US only.
Shipping Methods
• Standard Ground (4 – 6 business days)
• Second Day (2 business days)
Shipping Restrictions
• Some items cannot be shipped using Second Day due to size, weight, hazardous materials and delivery address.
• Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses.
• Orders could arrive in multiple packages.
Standard Ground
• Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 4 – 6 business days depending on delivery location.
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery and are subject to an additional $15 delivery fee.
• Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping promotions.
Second Day
• Second Day is only available on select products for our customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States.
• Second Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 11:00am CT on a business day, and should arrive in 2 business days.
• Orders placed after 11:00am CT will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 3 business days.
• All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes).
• Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. This method is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.
Oversized Shipping Charge
• For some items shipping within the U.S. an incremental shipping charge may be incurred due to an item’s size and weight.
• The incremental charge is charged for total quantity ordered.
Second Day Shipping Promotion Exclusions
• The following items are excluded from shipping promotions: oversized shipping charges, gift cards, custom invitations, custom canvas and photo center purchases.
• Shipping promotions cannot be applied to free shipping delivery orders.
Free Shipping
• Products eligible for free shipping will be designated on the product page and at checkout.
• Only items selected as ship-to-home count toward the free shipping “spend” threshold.
• Must select ground shipping at checkout.
• Oversized charges may apply.
Signature Confirmation
• Some orders may require a signature at time of delivery.
• If signature is required, carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Carrier will not deliver unless they acquire a signature.
Return and Exchanges
• Due to the nature of our items, our products cannot be returned and are and non-refundable UNLESS your order arrives damaged or defective.
